Made using highest quality Magnesium Chloride Flakes harvested from the Tibetan Plateau, a remote pristine lake towering 3,200 meters above sea level. The unusually high altitude of the Tibetan Plateau coupled with the lakes' isolation ensures absolute purity. 

With added Essential Oils of French Lavender & Rosemary, to assist with sleep & relaxation 

Simply spray onto skin, avoiding eyes and sensitive areas. 

Rub into the skin and leave on. 
Some tingling may occur, this is normal and will usually decrease over time. Wash off after 30 minutes if preferred. 

Magnesium oil sprayed onto the soles of your feet 20 minutes before bedtime may assist with sleep. 

For aches and pains, spray and massage into affected muscles. 

For headache spray across base of neck.
